A full rearrangement and reconstruction of the company’s gas cookers workshop were performed: new sections of component assembly were created, a French line of parts painting (GEMA) was installed, as well as two Italian lines for primer and basic powder coating of parts (Wagnen), of which no analogues exist in the world.
A fast-response enameling furnace (New Furnace) was bought and mounted, new sections of component assembly of collector and oven door were mounted and put into operation, a section for production of a cooker solid grid was created.
The manufacturing plant is a holder of more than twenty international awards, including International Gold Star Award for Excellence and Quality. All products pass quality control in accordance with European quality, reliability and safety standards.
All parts of GRETA cookers – from handle to knobs – are made of strong materials which do not heat up and do not get distorted in the process of cooking.
Oven inner door of GRETA cookers is made of high-quality heat-resistant double glass. The door is safe and provides good heat-insulation while cooking.
An opening device fixes the oven door in three positions.
A new oven design was specially developed for GRETA cookers and today the oven volume is 25% bigger than the rest of the cookers of similar size. And ecologically safe superfine fiber of oven heat-insulation provides uniform heating keeping heat inside the oven.
Safe gas valves manufactured by CAPRECI (Spain) provide maximal gas combustion, and the structural elements eliminate the possibility of gas leakage.
The products of GRETA JSC are certified in accordance with the requirements of DSTU standards (Ukrainian National Standardization System), ISO 9000:2001.
